okies..tryin ta be on time..

hopefully i can do this wiffout interruption..i jus ended da christmas vacation dvd dats been played daily fer da past week n put on shrek...cakie's singin "all-star" n timmy is sayin "ewww" to all da gross parts (da same kid when decides to pass gas alerts da whole world his butt jus "burped"..lawd help me!!...LOL)...so we will see... last wednesday i went back to see dr. furked me up..i had taken timmy to school n da older kids were at school so it twas jus da princess n i... had no sitter soooo,lol...we go in n they took me right in to da room da size of a box, cakie sat on muh lap in da execution chair er' i mean dentists' chair,lol..i had like 10 nurses come in n tell her how purty she wuz n how cute she looked in her pigtails..her expression to all this wuz....so we're waitin n waitin..."frank" (apparently a regular there at da office cuz everyone makes a fuss ova him) is in da room across da hall n i swear ta gawd da man wouldn't shut up...lol..frank iz an older gentleman n he wuz jus story afta story, crackin jokes, n me n cakie were like..come on already frank,lol...a nurse came in n asked me how i've been n gave me this syringe thing dat looked like sumfin u'd inseminate a cow wiff..., then says.."he'll be right in, dat frank is a corker"..WTF iz a corker??...i always wondered dat..it's quite da figure of speech fer da "frank" generation..mom used ta say it often..LOL..final-furkin-ly frank leaves n in comes dr. furked me up..this man gets better lookin each time i see him (fer an indian...a rich one, lmao)..he compliments cakie n tries talkin ta her although she wuzn't havin it at all,lol..he asks me bout da numbin n da pain n stuff n checks me out, no infection i wuz in da clear..then onto numbness, it twas still there n quite bad...he procedes to tell me ta close muh eyes n tell him iffen i'm feelin dull er' sharp....then starts pokin me wiff stuff,lol..i felt it all, although very very foggy..so he exclaimed dat i aced da test n dat i'd eventually get da feelin back he felt, but couldn't promise...i wuz pleased bout dat..then i mentioned da toothache i had prior to da surgery on da otha side...he starts lookin at da x-rays....he starts writin in da chart....n says.."ok that one is next"..n i'm like "well i'm not rushin right back here er' nuffin"..LOL..he's like.."ok we'll see ya here in a month fer a numbness check n we'll talk then"..LOL..dat's right dr. furks me up, I'M in control,lol...so then we go out to da receptionist..which i failed to inform ya last week has da MOST furked up TEETH i eva seen..OMG..LOL..i hadda laff..remember when i busted muh ass on da ice n in da ER i told ya it felt like hypocricy (furk muh spellin) cuz all da nurses n doctors behind da ER counter were like ummm how should i say this?....ummm i don't wanna say outta shape cuz it wuz more than dat, n i don't wanna say they were morbidly obese cuz it twas less than dat..ok we'll jus say they were a few doughnuts ova their limit...not da picture of health comin from a hospital...well this woman, although sweetest lady i eva met..BAD BAD place fer her to work, LOL..anywho..she set me up wiff next months appt., n cakie got like 6 stickers from da nurses cuz she wuz so quiet n good,lmao..we were outta there... fast forwardin' a bit to today..i'm still in minor discomfort, mostly at night...n as fer da numbness i'm bout 60% back in business, iffen it were to stop right now i could live happily,lol..but hopefully it'll all be back soon, n as fer da otha side..well it's gettin done in january when da new year on da insurance kicks in..so long nuff fer me ta feel totally better on da one side yet soon nuff' ta get it da hell ova..lol..n jus in time fer muh b-day in jan. ...anywho.. on thursday when i had muh nephew, lisa stayed a bit when she came ta get him n i con'd her into watchin da kids on friday night..we were sitter-less on account of muh motherlesbianinlaw n "casey" goin to da big fair downstate, er' west state, hellifiknow i ain't neva been,lol..so she couldn't, lisa agreed...woohoo i wuz happy cuz in this house da day before we go do our grocery shoppin iz like poverty day, i could only imagine waitin til saturday til da motherlesbianinlaw would be free,lol.. so friday night lisa came, n da kids were all eatin n twaz all good..we took off n got thru da shoppin fairly quickly til we got to da checkout..HOLY FURKIN SLOWNESS!!!..gawd i coulda read a novel in da time it took us from da checkout line til we got out..i wuz eyein da cotton candy az he wuz payin n he told me no he wuzn't waitin anotha 30 minutes jus fer muh obsession, lol..furker...got home n lisa wuz off before we even got all da bags in, lol...muh family iz givin me a complex..lol..da motherlesbianinlaw takes da kids places, n watches em all da time, says they're wonderful...strangers tell me how well behaved they are..MY FAMILY..they run fer da door..lol..ohhhhhhh...dad hadda watch da kids tuesday night so da movie star n i could go meet da teachers at open house at school..(mom wuz gonna but da convict wuz sick wiff a head cold n needed his rest so he couldn't watch da kiwi while lisa wuz in class ..n i wuz even called tuesday by lisa askin iffen i could watch him cuz da convict wuz SURE he would still need his rest wed...i'll have u kno i said no..i hadda go see dr. furked me up anywho..,lol)...well after dad watched da kids..i called mom da next day n she told me dat once dad had gotten home he exclaimed to them.."ok, i don't want to hear any talkin fer da next 30 minutes"..LMAO..apparently timmy wouldn't shut up n it drove him crazy..lol..jus blows muh mind how quick they're out da door, lol.. i wuz awakened at bout 5:30 a.m sat. mornin cuz da movie star couldn't sleep....then again when it wuz really time to get up ..i'm like.."jesus tiger slo down..ya gonna kill me,lol".....i dunno wut got into him, n i wuzn't complainin,lol...but sheesh...lol...we aren't mornin people, lol...we rushed ta get ready fer da football game..our first one at our home field...lisa called n sounded like death, she wuzn't goin, n dad would be late, kk np..so off we went...we had an official ref this time, woohoo,lol...wuz a good game, omg i'm into this chit n i can't believe it..here i am on da sideline n i'm jumpin up n down like a total arse yellin n clappin n chit, lmao..meanwhile alex is glued to his gameboy, cakie is annoyin muh dad n wantin ta be held, n timmy omg this boy has no socialization issues..he wuz playin ball wiff a bunch of preteen girls...lol..who afta dat were givin piggy back rides to him,lol..muh only issue wuz one time da ball went into da bushes n they had timmy (bein da lil'est) go into da bushes ta get it..da movie star hadda go ova n yell n fish him out,lmao...n da look on timmys face wiff his arms crossed afta wuz like "omg dad i can't believe u jus embarrassed me in front of da girls"..they played a tie game, in flag they don't break ties so everyone wins...afta da game we went home fer a bit, changed n stuff, then went to garys friend rich's house fer his oldest kids party..we stayed fer a cpl hours, not muh favorite place to be,lol..i wuz thankful to leave, i felt irritable n needed a pill,lol..at home i rested on da couch, da movie star started workin on a truck outside n da kids were da kids,lol..da motherlesbianinlaw called from work n asked iffen she could take da 3 boys overnight..woohoo HELL YES...i hadda make it up ta cakie tho cuz she doesn't get invited to those yet....so we went n rented a barbie movie n ordered out when they left...hey..da movie star even watched barbie,lol...its a sad sad day when a barbie movie iz better than most da movies i'd rented in da past few months..lol..i must admit its good, but afta da 5th time..lil bit of alot annoyin,lol..ok people no crazy sex parties dat night,lol..i wuz left alone afta da mornin escapade,lol... sunday mornin afta breakfast, danny showed up wiff a vanilla cappucino fer me n he went out to help da movie star who had ate n went right to da garage to work on da project truck,lol..(he's gettin paid by work fer this one n its leavin soon thank da lawd!!)..(da jeeps still on muh lawn ..i'm thinkin of puttin christmas lights on it at this rate )..muh sister showed up wiff da lil kiwi man, n told me mom wuz on her way..oh joy,lol...they stayed a cpl hours which is rare..LOL..da motherlesbianinlaw had taken da kids to an apple festival n came back in da afternoon wiff apples n a furkin 40 pound pumpkin, i'm like.."don't bring dat thing in da house..leave it on da porch"..LOL..everyone left n we had a big dinner n we got everything ready fer da next cpl days cuz da movie star wouldn't be here..then at bedtime alex muh tulip wuz in tears cuz dad wuz gonna be gone,lol..i wuzn't sheddin tears, lmao..he left bout 5:30 a.m n it wuz coopy da single mom...no different really than any otha day jus i'm not able ta sleep late n i'm on muh own at night,lol...i expected a lil more excitement yesterday i must say..but i sure az shit found a whole lotta nodda..oh well, i did put da garbage out fer da first time in muh life..lol..ok ok, da kids put it out, i supervised,lol..even last night n this mornin went smooth..lol..he'll be home around er' after dinner t'nite...lucky him fer gettin a break ... anywho,lol...shrek iz jus bout ova n so iz muh patience fer this damn barbie radio cakie insists playin ova n ova...soo i'm gonna scoot, then be domestic some so da house looks good fer his royal
