ahh well here we are again...

i hope all the mothers had a happy mothers day...mine was ok for the most part..i got some form of plant growth in a styrofoam cup from chris, a painted lil flower pot with fake grass and a picture of alex on a stem from alex of course ( yes alex is coopys unknown child )...and then because of my mother in law i got a best mommy shirt with all the kids handprints on it which was sweet..my hubby didn't get me nuffin which i guess i can live with...i have a wish list and it gets tended to every time theres extra cash so i can't complain too much...but he did feel like shit enough to take us out for breakfast then buy dinner too...lol....and of course i got to take a 2 hour nap...so all in all not a bad day...better than last year, last year all 5 of em were sick( sorry folks but from both ends,lol...i said sorry!) and i cleaned up after em for mothers day, so this year was an improvement!...

cakie's party was a total success...the cake saga got worse for those who haven't already heard. well its not new but i'mma slacker so i didn't oder the cake i said hell we'll go order it friday night...now mind you we were gonna get the mother in laws competitors cake...well they flat out said no...i was crushed i felt like cryin cuz they had the cutest barbie cake, she's all about barbie...so we go do our regular shoppin at his moms store...the bakery was closed...crushed again...so we ask them if we called first thing if it would be possible...they said highly unlikely...i was i felt like the worst mother..so we load up our groceries get in the truck and i look at hubby and say "omg what the hell are we gonna do, we gotta ask your mom and after we dissed the cake omg how bad do we look?"....quite comical actually now just my typical luck..

well we go home..and hubby explained...she got right on the phone to the store and it was all good, i even got the same barbie cake i had seen at the other store...and as for the actual party, well ....it was kinda small seeing as the online invitations i sent out never reached anyone,lol...i kinda wondered why only the people i come in contact with the most, and those who don't have computers showed......oops...but she made out like a bandit anywho...and i'll make it up to those who missed the part, we'll have a pool re-opening part er sumfin...lol

i'm tryin to think here....room ah well you know how it is...and here that about sums it up...busy and boring at the same time,lol...yup its possible!...and seeing all this laundry i put off folding yesterday i better get skippy and do it so i'll see ya in 31...hugzzz & mushy stuff!!!
